The BioShock series has long been recognized in the gaming world as an immersive experience, complete with its own history and mythology, interesting storylines and a bevy of moral decision-making. Now the series is adding to its mythology with two new DLC packs entitled BioShock Infinite: Burial at Sea.
It has been reported that actor Michael Shannon has joined the cast of Ramin Bahrani’s 99 Homes. Bahrani, who has helmed several indie films such as Goodbye Solo and Man Push Cart, also penned the screenplay, which centres around a man whose home is foreclosed, and is forced to work for the broker responsible for the foreclosure in order to stay afloat. He is soon asked to act against his moral compass, helping the broker embezzle money from the government.
Star Wars fanboys got some news today to whet their appetite for the upcoming Star Wars: Episode VII as two actors appear to be auditioning for roles in the film. It was reported that both Alex Pettyfer and Rachel Hurd-Wood will be jousting for parts, though neither have been officially cast yet.
Spike Lee's upcoming remake of Oldboy has everyone wondering if he can top the original. But perhaps we're asking the wrong question. It seems that Park Chan-Wook, the director of the original Oldboy, is more worried about what he can add to it. In a recent Reddit AMA (Ask Me Anything), Lee stated that Josh Brolin (who stars in the remake) went to receive Chan-Wook's blessing before beginning work on the project. Chan-Wook reportedly told Brolin, "You and Spike make your own film, don’t remake ours."

This time around, Steve Rogers (aka Captain America) will be busy trying to adjust to modern life after the events of 2012's The Avengers. Finding Dory will be getting a rewrite after the momentum that Gabriela Cowperthwaite's documentary Blackfish has been picking up. For those who don't know, Blackfish profiles orcas and the harsh treatment they have received at places like Seaworld. The film has been rated highly by critics and many people who have seen it have stated that they will not be returning to Seaworld. Finding Dory was set to have an ending that took place in a marine park, but Pixar is now stating they will rewrite the ending due to the documentary.
